We will be having a medieval feast on Wednesday, March 19th during period 4. A note was sent home on Wednesday indicating what your child might bring for the feast. If you would like to bring in that food/drink, please have your child bring it to school in the morning. We can keep it refrigerated, and then heat up whatever needs to be.   It is also your choice of what and how you would like to prepare the food. If you are unable to bring something in, please write me a note so I can bring in extras. If you have any questuons, please send in a note in their agenda. Thank you for your support!!!  

 

The medieval man, Mr. McKee, shared his knowledge and passion for the medieval times with an informative presentation!

The kids had a fantastic time trying out all of his artifacts!!!   After the presentation, the students wrote and shared a journal entry about the medieval presentation!  

 
 

Math homework on time (telling time, elapsed time) is due on Tues. March 4.  

The school wide Read a thon is tomorrow!!!! Students are allowed to being in a small pillow for their own personal use.

Please bring in your pledge sheets tomorrow......late sheets/monies will be accepted next week as well. Please help support our library.

 

A note was sent home today to invite you to the Medieval Man's presentation on Wed. Maech 5th.   If you can't stay for the whole presentation, stop by and stay for as long as you can.....hope to see you next Wednesday!!!

 

If your child did not finish the cumulative review in class, they have math homework this weekend.   It should be returned by Monday, February 24th.

 

We have just started a new math unit. We will be learning about time, money, capacity and mass.   Here is a parent note that gives you ideas on different math activities that you can do at home with your child.
